CENTRIFUGAL FAN
MTX-T series boiler pass induced draft centrifugal blower fan mainly applies to the ventilation
system for a thermal power plant's 2-670t / h steam boiler. The MTX-T series can also be used
in industrial and general ventilation without special requirements.
Industrial centrifugal fans circulate large volumes of air in warehouses, factories, and other industrial environments.
Available in several sizes and designs, most fans can be categorized as axial or centrifugal based on their method of operation.
Ventilator conveyor medium is the air, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80 ºC;
induced draft fan blower for the media is flue gas, the maximum temperature shall not exceed 250 ºC.
A dust removal device must be installed in front of the blower to minimize the amount
of dust entering the blower. According to the usage of general power plants, the efficiency of the equipped
dust collector shall not be less than 85%.

FAN CASING
The casing is formed from the Q235 steel sheet to stainless steel SS316 or 304 with integral supports.
The grey/red/white/orange paint finish is applied after production, and optional hot dip galvanization,
furnace paint, or epoxy paint is available. On the fan casing, there is an Aerodynamic round inlet.t
IMPELLER
Impellers of our centrifugal fan are produced from Q235 Steel Sheet ,stainless steel,
ZAlSi7Mn Aluminium or FRP.
Static and dynamic vibration defects recovered after production according to the appropriate ISO norm.
DRIVEN TYPE
Direct driven,belt driven, coupling driven.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
Inlet silencer or outlet silencer,flexible connector,air shutter.
