Our ventilator conveyor system is designed with air as the medium, ensuring optimal performance at temperatures not exceeding 80 ºC. For induced draft fan blowers utilizing flue gas, we guarantee reliable operation at maximum temperatures of up to 250 ºC. To protect your blower and enhance efficiency, we include a dust removal device installed at the front. This crucial component significantly reduces dust intake, with our dust collectors achieving a remarkable efficiency of at least 85%. FAN CASING
The casing is made from a Q235 steel sheet and is available in stainless steel SS316 or 304, featuring integral supports. After production, a grey, red, white, or orange paint finish is applied. Additionally, optional finishes such as hot-dip galvanization, furnace paint, or epoxy paint are available. The fan casing is equipped with an aerodynamically designed round inlet.
IMPELLER
Our high-quality impellers are expertly crafted from top-grade materials, including Q235 steel sheet, stainless steel, ZAlSi7Mn aluminium, and FRP. We ensure optimal performance by meticulously correcting any static and dynamic vibration defects after production, adhering to the stringent standards set by ISO.
