CENTRIFUGAL SUS BLOWER FAN
MTX-YC series-induced draft fan is primarily used in the ventilation system of thermal power plants for 2-670t/h steam boilers. It can also be utilized for mining and general ventilation without special requirements.
The medium for the ventilator conveyor is air, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 80°C. The induced draft fan blower uses flue gas as the medium, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 250°C. A dust removal device must be installed in front of the blower to minimize the amount of dust. According to the typical usage in power plants, the efficiency of the equipped dust collectors should be at least 85%. These blowers are customized for specific customer requirements. If the customer has other pressure and air volume requirements that are not listed, they can contact our technicians, who will design and select the appropriate blower.
FAN CASING
The casing is made from a stainless steel sheet, either 304 or a different type, with integral supports. After production, it is finished with grey, red, white, or orange paint. Optional finishes include hot-dip galvanization, furnace paint, or epoxy paint. The fan casing features an aerodynamically round inlet.
IMPELLER
Impellers are made from steel sheet, stainless steel, ZAlSi7Mn aluminum, or FRP. After production, static and dynamic vibration defects are rectified by appropriate ISO norms.
DRIVEN TYPE
Direct driven, belt driven, coupling driven.
OPTIONAL ACCESSORIES
