Motexo Vent--
Tunnel fans are designed for ventilation and smoke control in road- and train tunnels.
DSF series of unique axial ventilation fans for tunnel construction is one of the products developed and
produced by Boxing Motexo Industries Co., Ltd. It is mainly used for ventilation of tunnel
construction such as railway, power, hydropower, subway, and civil air defense. This series of
fans has the characteristics of low noise, high efficiency, low energy consumption,
long air supply distance, and remarkable energy-saving effects.
Two-stage counter-rotating single-speed series tunnel fans are mainly used for medium
and small tunnels and medium and large construction ventilation. The fans are designed with
dual motors. The relative rotation of the primary and secondary impellers allows the fan to
generate a large amount of air and a high wind pressure, providing long-term and reasonable
fresh air for the tunnel. The blades are designed with a twisted airfoil to make the fan more efficient.

FAN CASING
The casing is formed from the Q235 steel sheet to stainless steel SS316 or 304 with integral supports.
After production, the grey/red/white/orange paint finish is applied. Optional hot dip galvanization,
furnace paint, or epoxy paint is available. On fan casing, there is an Aerodynamical Inlet
IMPELLER
Impellers are produced from Q235 Steel Sheet,stainless steel, ZAlSi7Mn Aluminium.
Static and dynamic vibration defects recovered after production according to appropriate.
