Tunnel Construction Axial Type Fans
Tunnel construction ventilators are widely used in railway tunnels and highway tunnels
This series of tunnel fans is a new type of selected engineering ventilator fabricated by Boxing
Motexo Industries Co.,Ltd. The tunnel construction fan is characterized by high efficiency, low energy,
and low noise. It is suitable for the ventilation of large, medium, and small tunnels. It can also be
applied to infrastructure construction, such as rivers, water conservancy, railways, subways, and civil air defense.
The fan consumes less energy, has low noise, is easy to maintain, is lightweight,
and is preferred for ventilation such as tunnel construction.
The TDJ series low-noise tunnel fan is a dynamic, tunable, two-stage, counter-rotating impeller.
Two special impellers equipped with imported NSK bearings directly drive two
opposite impellers.
The TDJ series low-noise tunnel axial flow fan is also movable and can be calibrated for
Single-pole impeller rotation. A unique motor directly drives a single-stage impeller
equipped with imported NSK bearings.
As the tunneling depth increases, different fan performances are obtained by adjusting the blade
mounting angle, and the flow pressure is gradually increased, thereby reducing the operating
cost of the fan. The fan can run in reverse wind, but the impeller must be started
after the impeller is completely stationary.
The conveying medium is air, the dust content is <150mg/m3, the working temperature is -20~40°C,
and the relative humidity is <95%.
For the construction requirements of explosion-proof engineering, the fan is designed and
Manufactured according to the requirements of explosion-proof technical conditions,
and the explosion-proof standard DI.
This series of wind tunnel fans has wide adaptability and a long service life,
and they are an ideal replacement for ventilation equipment in tunnels, mines, and related engineering fields.
The matching ventilation hose adopts high-strength cross-feeding and industrial back-feeding.
The maximum tensile strength of the material can reach 3000N/5cm2.
It has the characteristics of waterproof, flame retardant, anti-static, heat-resistant, cold-resistant,
anti-aging, anti-mildew, etc., and the friction resistance coefficient is lower than 0.015.
Under good construction management conditions, the average leak rate of 100 meters is between
1% and 1.3%.

FAN CASING
The casing is formed from the Q235 steel sheet to stainless steel SS316 or 304 with integral supports.
The grey/red/white/orange paint finish is applied after production, and optional hot dip galvanization,
furnace paint, or epoxy paint is available. On the fan casing, there is an Aerodynamic Inlet.
IMPELLER
Impellers are produced from Q235 Steel Sheet,stainless steel, ZAlSi7Mn Aluminium.
Static and dynamic vibration defects recovered after production according to appropriate.
